Refund & Returns Policy
At Vida Flora, every arrangement is thoughtfully designed using fresh, seasonal flowers. As flowers are a perishable product, our refund policy differs from that of non-perishable goods. We are committed to providing beautiful, high-quality florals and will always work with you to resolve any concerns.
Fresh Flower Guarantee
We take great care in selecting and preparing our flowers. If your flowers arrive damaged, incorrect, or not up to our usual standard, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
To assist us in resolving the issue, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the flowers upon receipt
Once reviewed, we may offer:
- A replacement arrangement
- A store credit
- A full or partial refund, where appropriate
Change of Mind
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases once your order has been prepared, collected, or dispatched.
Order Cancellations
Everyday Orders
- Orders cancelled more than 48 hours before the requested collection or delivery date are eligible for a full refund.
- Orders cancelled within 48 hours of collection or delivery may incur a cancellation fee to cover flowers and materials already purchased.
- Orders that have already been prepared or dispatched cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Workshops & Events
- Workshop bookings are refundable up to 14 days prior to the event date.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the workshop are non-refundable; however, your ticket may be transferred to another person.
- If Vida Flora cancels a workshop, a full refund will be provided.
Flower Substitutions
Flowers are seasonal and subject to availability. On occasion, specific blooms may need to be substituted. Where this occurs, we will always use flowers of equal or greater value and maintain the overall style, colour palette, and aesthetic of the arrangement.
Substitutions do not qualify for a refund unless the arrangement received is significantly different from the product purchased.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Please ensure all delivery details are entered correctly at checkout.
Vida Flora cannot accept responsibility for failed deliveries resulting from:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Incorrect recipient contact information
- Restricted access to the delivery location
Additional delivery charges may apply if re-delivery is required.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
