Gather your favourite people and enjoy a beautiful floral experience designed to celebrate, connect and create. Our private floral workshops are perfect for bridal showers, birthdays, corporate events, team celebrations, hens parties, baby showers, or simply a memorable afternoon with friends.
Choose from a selection of hands-on floral designs, including:
- Hand-Tied Bouquet Workshop
- Vase Arrangement Workshop
- Flower Crown Workshop
Each workshop is thoughtfully guided and includes all flowers, materials and professional instruction, allowing your guests to create and take home their own floral masterpiece.
Private workshops are hosted in our studio within Bar Botanik and are available from 4:30pm onwards. We can also discuss alternative locations for larger groups or special events.
To receive a personalised quote, simply complete the enquiry form below with your preferred workshop style, group size and event details. We will be in touch with pricing and availability tailored to your event. Minimum of 8 people required for private workshops.
Delivery & Collection Information
In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is available on Fridays and Saturdays between 10:00am and 3:00pm.
Vida Flora is located inside Bar Botanik, 289 Fitzgerald Street, West Perth.
Delivery Days
Deliveries are available on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
For orders required on other days, please contact us directly at hello@vidaflora.com.au to check availability.
If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, flowers will be left in a safe and suitable location, protected from the weather where possible. Flowers will be delivered with a temporary water source to maintain freshness. Please note that Vida Flora is not responsible for any loss or theft once the flowers have been delivered. By placing an order for delivery, you agree to these terms.
Next-Day Delivery
Orders must be placed by 5:00pm the day prior to qualify for next-day delivery.
Orders placed after this cut-off time will be scheduled for the next available delivery day.
Delivery Issues
If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or if there is no safe place to leave the order, a re-delivery fee may apply. We will contact you to arrange a suitable redelivery option if required.
